We understand that circumstances can change and you may need to reschedule your appointment.

To avoid cancellation fees, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Notice can be provided by:

• Or via our online booking system

If less notice is given, the following fees apply:

• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the session fee will be charged

• Same-day cancellations or non-attendance (no-shows): 100% of the full session fee will be charged

Where appropriate, we also offer telehealth appointments as an alternative option if you are unable to attend in person (standard session fees apply).
