Service Description

This specialist service is for those couple that don't want to feel as if the therapist is gender bias and have that feeling of being ganged up on". This service is run by 2 therapist (married couple) that use their skills and knowledge to provide the best therapy for their clients. Katie is a fully qualified psychotherapist with a gentle approach to her clients while Benjamin is a fully qualified NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist that has a more direct and solution focussed approach. This service has proven to be beneficial for both partners. This is suitable for ANY couples requiring that extra assistance. ***PLEASE CALL TEXT OR EMAIL TO BOOK THIS SERVICE***

Cancellation Policy

NO SHOW AND LATE CANCELLATION POLICY 1. I understand that I will be charged a LATE CANCELLATION FEE of $85 if I fail to give at least 48 hours notice prior to cancelling my appointment. 2. I understand that I will be charged a NO-SHOW fee of $85 if I fail to show for my appointment. 3. I understand that if I have a pension or low-income card that is MY responsibility to make sure that it is in date and I AM responsible for the full charge of the service provided if I cannot provide proof of date and no refund or credit will be issued once provided. 4. I understand that I AM responsible for the account of any minor using any services provide if I have signed on their behalf. 5. I understand that a counselling session will be 50 minutes*. I understand that if I am late to the appointment, I will have to end my session at the allotted time. By going ahead with this booking, I am agreeing to the above stated terms and stipulations regarding the services I receive from The Hope Centre – Perth. *some sessions may be scheduled for more than the allotted time or other services with more than 50 minutes **COVID POLICY We understand in these unprecedented times that being unwell is unpredictable. No cancellation fee will be charged if you can provide a medical note from a GP or pharmacist or a proof of a PCR positive test.
