By accepting this appointment you are agreeing to the below terms -

Cancellation Policy – The Hope Centre - Perth

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place or are a no show, you will be subject to a non-refundable fee of no more than $85. If you are a "no show" you will be required to pay the full fee of your appointment. 

 

  1. All new clients are required to pay a deposit of $85 to hold their appointment 24 hours before the appointment is to take place. (an invoice will be sent to ALL new clients as well as a registration form).

  2. I understand that I will be charged a LATE CANCELLATION FEE of $85 if I fail to give at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling my appointment.

  3. I understand that I will be charged a NO-SHOW fee of $85 if I fail to show for my appointment.

  4. I understand that if I am a "no show" I am liable to pay the full fee to The Hope Centre Perth as compensation for their lost time,.

  5. I understand that if I have a pension or low-income card that is MY responsibility to make sure that it is in date and I AM responsible for the full charge of the service provided if I cannot provide proof of date and no refund or credit will be issued once provided.

  6. I understand that I AM responsible for the account of any minor using any services provide if I have signed on their behalf.

  7. I understand that a counselling session will be 50 minutes*. I understand that if I am late to the appointment, I will have to end my session at the allotted time. By booking this appointment , I am agreeing to the above stated terms and stipulations regarding the services I receive from The Hope Centre – Perth.
    **If you are unwell and are unable to do face to face, we do offer Zoom or phone sessions

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
